This one here was such a wild ride to make.
Kill Bill is one of those classic movies that everyone knows and loves so I already set myself up for a challenge, and I'm glad I did.
I really wanted to capture the energy of the movie in all of its glorious essence and exaggerate it.
For that, I accompanied its footage with the brilliant Rina Sawayama as she sings "Who's Gonna Save U Now"
Using the iconic black, yellow, and red color theme, I had to find a way to make each frame feel unique and exciting without feeling too redundant with the three same colors.
Since each character has their own arc in the movie, i needed to translate that in the title sequence. I focused heavily on each character and made sure to use negative space with intent and meaning.
